The story
It's 1993 on County Road 9, Arizona. Daniel Lee, a guitar-slinging musician, is driving his truck at night when gray aliens in flying saucers come to abduct him. Grays have no souls, which is why they've been messing with cows for 25 years. Daniel's guitar melts them into paint, and the paint becomes a cow with a soul.
You're not killing them. You're saving them.
How to play
- Touch the dashboard to fire your guitar beam. Slide your thumb along the dashboard to aim. Your beam follows it up into the sky. Keep it on the ship for 5 seconds and the gray melts into a cow: one soul saved.
- Leave a ship alone and it dives for your truck. Grabbed? Tap fast to break free.
- You've got 3 trucks. Lose all 3 and you're abducted: MISSING TIME.
- Fill the SHRED meter, then tap SHRED! for HYPER MODE: a guitar solo that beams every gray on screen, melts them fast, and makes bald cows.
- Survive 5 waves and save all 8 souls to become a Legend of County Road 9.

Scoring
Save souls, chain kills, get point blanks, and kill fast early for big points.
Tips
- Don't let go between kills: letting go ends your streak.
- Swing onto a diving ship first.
Scoring details
- Each soul saved: 1,000 · each kill: 500
- Best streak: 300 per kill in it, plus 250 × streak for every chained kill (2x and up)
- Point blank (a kill mid-dive, right in your face): 750
- Fast first kill: 50 × (30 − seconds), up to 1,185
